Charming small and perfect hotel, had very nice stay.
Rooms with twin beds had a family atmosphere. Also, location was unbeatable and amazing, just a short stroll away from a converted theater.

Pretty friendly staff, it was really really nice stay.
I was here for 1 night and ate at casual restaurant with excellent breakfast. Very comfy bed and pillows, there were central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television available.

The situation is magic... all those trees in the middle of a city left me feeling so peaceful. The rooms are adequate but the staff are first class as nothing is too much trouble for them to do for the visitors. Our breakfasts were wonderful. We are in our 60's & 70's

This is our second stay at the Hotel Bel Air in B.A. We stayed once in 2008 and again in 2010. The hotel is in a great location in the Recoleta neighborhood. It is close to Avenida Sante Fe and a number of shops as well as the Recoleta district. It is primarily a residential neighborhood so it is a great way to observe and become part of the pace of Buenos Aires life. There are plenty of decent restaurants in the area. I can't think of a better palce to stay if you are in B.A. for a vacation. The rooms are very modern/minimalist (think IKEA), if you don't like this style you may not like this atmosphere.
The rooms can be on the small side. I recommend getting what they call a "Double Superior" as it has a small sitting area. The "Double Comfort" is a bit on the tight side.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a nice area with a nice park in the corner. The location is perfect, with easy access to various attractions. The rooms are comfortable, with a giant king size bed and basic amenities. The staff is attentive and the service is excellent. Moreover, the breakfast included in the rate is a great bonus, with both hot and cold dishes.
No improvements needed, all was perfect!

It's location is excelent and the bed had good size and it was confortable. All people had very good understanding and took care of everything.
Didn't like the bathroom just because the box was leaking all the time. Guys who intend go to Argentina be very careful with the 100 bills ... all taxi people will try to replace them by a fake one. They are VERY smart.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate and the hotel was clean. It was in a great location, just off a nice park and in a quiet area. The hotel facilities were also good.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We would like to thank the BeL Air Hotel for such and enjoyable stay. The staff were excellent, we were able to store our luggage between trips which made life much easier. The light breakfast of juices, fresh fruit, ham, cheese breads scrambled, pastries, coffee and tea was enough to help us start our day. We found the design of the rooms refreshing and cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to walk to most places and catch taxis whenever required, but preferred to walk to explore the wonderful city. We will return to the hotel, and will certainly recommend it to friends who intend to visit your city.

The location
I arrived at noon and the room was not ready, returned at 14 because we had a meeting at 15hs and the room still was not ready- when we come back at 19. they made us pay the whole fare before giving me the room.this is the first time we are asket to pay in advance instead of the next day when leaving. And instead of $ 566 that was the fare 104dolar plus tax at the official rate they charged me$ 582.44 (I have not the copy of the booking), In summary this hotel never more.
